As an EIR, you’ll…
build zero-to-one systems across marketing, storytelling, demand-gen, and brand.
But beyond marketing, you’ll act like an internal founder — spotting opportunities, experimenting fast, and turning ambiguous ideas into tangible outcomes.
What will you do?
- Work closely with the CEO on special projects touching multiple markets and products.
- Run end-to-end initiatives — from brainstorming to testing to scaling.
- Own narrative-building: simplify complex fintech value props for customers, partners, and talent.
- Build content, playbooks, and educational assets that scale across teams.
- Understand customers deeply and stay ahead of industry shifts to drive strategic decisions.
- Support sales with messaging, battle cards, and insights that improve conversion.
- Build demand-gen engines using experiments, systems thinking, and data.
- Strengthen our inbound pipeline — for both product growth and employer brand.
Who should apply?
- Operators with strong generalist skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- People who have built something from scratch — a project, startup, community, or initiative.
- You’re strategic but also the first to get your hands dirty.
- SaaS/B2B experience is a plus, but not required — adaptability > past titles.
- Extreme ownership: you fix things that aren’t your job because it helps the mission.
- You think like a founder — bias to action, high standards, and love for solving tough problems.
- Experience: 5–8 years (or equivalent zero-to-one exposure).
What will you get?
- A true EIR experience — think, build, break, fix, launch, scale, repeat.
- Ownership of high-impact initiatives that influence customers, partners, and talent brand.
- Room to operate like a founder — high trust, low noise, full accountability.
- A culture that respects curiosity & speed — experiments are encouraged, not blocked.
- Career compounding — exposure across marketing, GTM, sales, strategy, and product in one role.
