As an EIR – Marketing, you’ll take ownership of zero-to-one marketing experiments.
You’ll build playbooks, run bold experiments, test narratives, and design systems that attract both customers and talent.
What will you do?
- Work with the CEO and execute various marketing strategies across multiple geographies and products.
- Strategize & execute various key marketing initiatives across the company.
- Craft narratives that connect with fintech partners and enterprise clients
- Conceptualize and create educational products and content for all our products
- Be the expert on Customers' needs, Industry trends, and various competitors in the market
- Sales enablement – Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training, and collateral
- Demand generation – Develop and implement strategies to drive product awareness and demand
- Build inbound systems for both product growth and employer brand
Who should apply?
- Confident, structured, and incredibly passionate individuals
- Proven experience in creating marketing strategies and initiating and driving a range of GTM plans
- You’re strategic but hands-on — willing to write, test, and optimize
- Prior experience in SaaS or B2B marketing is a plus, but mindset > titles
- You’re high on ownership — when you see a gap, you fill it; when something’s broken, you fix it
- You think like a founder: proactive, accountable, outcome-driven
- Experience range: Anywhere between 3-5 years
