We’re hiring an EIR - Product, who will help us shape and scale our Retail Ecosystem offerings as well as lead product strategy, execution, and partnerships, working at the intersection of fintech, consumer flows, and merchant infrastructure.
What you’ll do
- Own roadmap & strategy for Retail Ecosystem products (marketplace, merchant services, loyalty/offer flows)
- Lead product conception: market & competitor research, user journeys, prototypes, specs
- Prioritize and deliver features in an agile fashion while keeping the long-term vision in view
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data & operations to build, test, launch
- Manage launches (GTM, partner coordination, stakeholder alignment)
- Dive deep into tech: understand APIs, integrations, data flows, bottlenecks, RCA
- Track product metrics (adoption, transactions, retention, revenue), iterate
- Spot trends and opportunities; anticipate risks in fintech/ retail/ payments
You should have
- 5-8 years in product, with significant fintech/ payments/ marketplace exposure
- Experience across mobile or digital consumer apps
- Strong technical grasp (backend APIs, integrations, data systems)
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Analytical mindset; metrics orientation
- Previous exposure to building merchant networks, loyalty/offers, and embedded finance is a plus
