What will you do?
- You'll work closely with the our product, tech teams and client's team.
- Work closely with key members of the client and manage the relationship efficiently.
- Take ownership of Project delivery & Quality; be actively involved in driving the implementation.
- Have a good understanding and context of our product and technology at a high level, which will help with planning better.
- Handle all conversations regarding products and technology with clients.
- Own project status communication and improve transparency by keeping all stakeholders (external & internal) informed.
- Assist Product team with backlog grooming and Product prioritization.
- Identify and highlight risk areas. Work with all stakeholders to mitigate these risks.
- Participate in weekly/monthly Working/Steering committee meetings to update the status to senior stakeholders of the bank.
- Learn quickly, adapt, and work hard to regularly deliver high-quality output.
Who should apply?
- 2–4 years of experience in Program / Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management roles involving direct client interaction and cross functional delivery.
- Hands-on experience in mobile/web implementation projects, system integrations, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Can lead difficult conversations, negotiate priorities, and manage client expectations calmly.
- Structured, articulate, and proactive. You think ahead and execute with precision.
- Extremely detail oriented but equally capable of zooming out to see the strategic picture.
- Confident in presenting to senior management and steering committee members.
- A team player who takes accountability, learns fast, and genuinely enjoys solving complex problems.
