What will you do?


Category Ownership

  • Own the performance of key commerce categories including travel, recharges, vouchers, and lifestyle services

  • Drive category growth across multiple banking platforms

  • Track category metrics such as transactions, revenue, conversion rates, and repeat usage

Growth Strategy

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and monetization

  • Design initiatives to improve category discovery, funnel performance, and transaction conversion

Customer Journey Optimization

  • Analyze the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels

  • Identify friction points and implement improvements that increase conversion and engagement

Partnerships & Merchant Strategy

  • Work with merchant partners to strengthen category offerings

  • Develop promotional constructs, bundled experiences, and merchant-led campaigns

Campaigns & Merchandising

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive category visibility through in-app placements, notifications, campaigns, and digital promotions

  • Plan seasonal campaigns and promotional strategies

Insights & Experimentation

  • Use data to identify growth opportunities

  • Run experiments and test initiatives to improve category performance


Who should apply?

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in category management, growth, digital commerce, or marketplace businesses

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital funnels, and marketplace dynamics

  • Experience working with large-scale consumer technology platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystems

  • Ability to work with data and translate insights into growth strategies

  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills

  • Candidates with experience managing high-traffic categories or consumer businesses on digital platforms will be particularly relevant for this role.
